WE Esports Club, founded in 2005, stands as one of the most historic esports organizations and a founding member of the LPL alliance. Team WE's League of Legends division was established in 2011 and captured its first world championship title at IPL5 in 2012. In 2017, WE won the LPL Spring Split Championship—the organization's first league title in history—and represented the LPL region at the Mid-Season Invitational. At the 2017 World Championship, WE competed as the LPL region's third seed, ultimately reaching the Semifinals.
In 2018, Team WE held a grand homecoming ceremony in Xi'an's Qujiang District, establishing its home venue there. In 2023, the entire WE roster was selected for the Chinese national team at the Asian Games Rumble Stage for League of Legends, concluding all events with three consecutive victories and first place in the East Asian region's point standings.
Since its inception, Team WE has remained committed to spreading the positive esports energy of "KEEP YOUR DREAMS." After establishing its home in Xi'an, the team has also brought a fresh and vibrant esports atmosphere to this historically significant city—gaming has become a new calling card for Xi'an. Team WE will continue to join hands with Xi'an Qujiang, striving to become an indispensable force in the development of China's esports industry.
