As part of our "Mr. You" promise, we aim to make returns and refunds transparent and hassle-free. Please read the following important information carefully.

1. Available Timeframe

Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Requests made after 7 days will not be processed — this helps us ensure efficient handling for all "Mr. You" customers.

2. How to Return

Step 1: Email our customer service team at support@mrnin.com with your order number, name, and reason for return/exchange.

Step 2: Once your request is approved (we’ll reply within 1-2 business days), we will provide the official return warehouse address and return guidelines.

After approval, please note:

  • Ship the item back within 5 days of receiving the return approval
  • Provide the return tracking number to our customer service team via email

Late returns or returns shipped without a valid tracking number will not be accepted.

3. Return Requirements

  • Items must remain unused, with original tags, labels, and packaging intact (including shoe boxes for authentic sneakers, craftsmanship cards for custom sportswear).
  • Include a paper note with your order number, full name, and contact information inside the return package for quick verification.
  • Items returned without prior approval (via email) will not be accepted or processed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, wrong custom design), contact us at support@mrnin.com within 24 hours with clear photos of the item and the issue. Our "Mr. You" team will evaluate the problem promptly and arrange a free replacement, full refund, or other solutions to make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure quality and fairness for all customers, we do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom-printed jerseys, personalized tees with unique designs/names — as these are made exclusively for your needs)
  • Specialized sports service products (e.g., strung badminton rackets, table tennis paddles with applied rubber — due to personalized setup)
  • Sale items (marked as "final sale") and gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact our customer service team before initiating a request.

6. Exchanges

To request an exchange (e.g., size change for authentic sneakers or non-custom sportswear), please choose one of the following options:

Option A – Fastest

Place a new order for the correct item (size/style) on our website, then initiate a return for the original item. Once we receive and verify the original item, we’ll process your refund for the original order promptly.

Option B – Standard

Ship back the original item first (following the return guidelines above). After we receive, inspect, and verify the return, we’ll ship out the replacement item in your requested size/style.

Note: If the exchange is not due to a product defect (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Please note: It may take additional 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If it has been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@mrnin.com with your order number and refund approval email — we’ll follow up with your payment provider immediately.

8. Shipping & Return Fee Notice

We offer free shipping for all orders over $100. However, due to high shipping costs (especially for bulky items or international delivery) and custom production costs, please note:

If you choose to return or exchange an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size chosen by you), you will be responsible for both the original shipping cost (if the order originally qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund) and the return shipping cost.
