Shipment Processing Time
All orders (including custom sportswear, authentic athletic gear, and specialized sports services) are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will get a separate notification when your order has shipped — so you can track its journey every step of the way.

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping — our small way to say "thank you" as part of the "Mr. You" experience.

Our carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. To ensure your order (especially custom or bulky sports gear) arrives safely, please provide your specific physical delivery address when placing your order.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
MrNin is not responsible for any import taxes, tariffs, or duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number (allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available).
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@mrnin.com with your name and order number — our "Mr. You" team will look into it right away.
Shipping & Return Policy Notice
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 (including sneakers, custom sportswear, and gear). However, due to the size/weight of some items (or custom production costs for personalized sportswear), shipping costs are relatively high.
If you request a return or exchange for personal reasons, you will be responsible for both the original delivery and return shipping fees. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms — but rest assured, our "Mr. You" team will help make the process as smooth as possible.
