Shipping & Delivery

Can you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the following countries/regions:
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Switzerland
Asia: Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Indonesia
North America: Canada, Mexico, United States
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.

How do I get free shipping?
For international delivery (all eligible countries above): Orders must be $100 USD or more. For delivery to Japan: Orders must be 14,900円 or more. Orders below the threshold will be charged standard shipping fees (see our Shipping Policy for details).
When will my order arrive?
All orders require 2–3 business days to process (excluding weekends/holidays) before shipping.
Standard shipping (including free shipping): 7–21 business days.
Expedited shipping: 6–8 business days.
During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, sales), slight delays may occur — we’ll notify you via email if this happens.
How do I track my order?
You have three ways to track your order:
1. Receive a Shipment Confirmation email (with tracking number) once your order ships — the tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
2. Log into your MrNin account → Go to "Order History" → Click the relevant order → Tap the tracking number to view real-time status.
3. Visit our homepage, scroll to the bottom → Click "Order Tracking" → Enter your order number + email address (or tracking number) to check.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange (see our Return & Refund Policy for full details). Custom/personalized items (e.g., custom jerseys) and specialized sports services (e.g., strung rackets) are non-returnable.
How do I get a refund?
First, contact support@mrnin.com with your order number and reason for return (within 7 days of delivery). Once your return is approved and we receive/inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Bank processing may take an additional 3–7 days.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (our fault), we cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for both original and return shipping fees.

Products & Customization

Are your branded products (Li-Ning/Peak/Anta, etc.) 100% authentic?
Absolutely! All branded items are sourced directly from verified authorized retailers and brand warehouses. We guarantee 100% authenticity — check our Authenticity page for our verification process.
How do I know which size I need?
Each product page (sneakers, apparel, custom sportswear) includes a detailed size chart and fit guide. For custom sportswear, you can also contact our team to provide personalized size recommendations based on your measurements.
Can I customize the design of my sportswear?
Yes! We offer full customization for tees, jerseys, and other sportswear — including logos, colors, text (e.g., team names, player numbers), and fit adjustments. Contact our customer service team for custom design inquiries.
What specialized sports services do you offer?
We provide professional services for sports enthusiasts: badminton racket stringing, custom racket protective cases, and table tennis paddle rubber application. All services are handled by experienced staff to ensure optimal performance.
If the product or size I want is sold out, what can I do?
Subscribe to restock alerts on the product page to receive an email when it’s back in stock. You can also follow our official social media (TBA) or contact support@mrnin.com for restock updates and availability checks.

Payments & Accounts

Why are my payments not going through?
Payment failures may occur due to: insufficient funds, expired credit card, incorrect billing information, or temporary bank restrictions. We recommend checking your payment details or contacting your bank first. If the issue persists, email support@mrnin.com for assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are protected by 128-bit SSL encryption (see our Safe Shopping page for details).
How do I know if my order is processed?
You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately after placing your order (check your spam folder if not received). Log into your MrNin account → "Order History" to view real-time order status (Processing/Shipped/Delivered).

Are products duty-free for international orders?
No. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country. For customs-related issues, contact support@mrnin.com for assistance.
